Initiation Phase:
In this phase, we thoroughly analyze client’s project and requirements very minutely. Pick the best-suited resources for the project.
Legal Research:
Search the local rules/court rules to know the exact court requirements.
Analyze the core issues involved in project and divide them among a team of best professionals.
Our sharp researcher search the latest case laws/authorities/regulations and statues (LexisNexis and Westlaw)
Drafting:
Keeping in mind client’s requirements our team of professional prepare the initial draft of the document.
Court rules are followed very carefully and document size, font and spacing is done as per rules.
Review:
In-depth review of the drafted document is now done by our second team of professionals, who performed the specific checks on documents to ensure document meet all client’s requirements.
A separate team checked case laws again to ensure all the cases cited in the document are still good laws. Cited statues and regulations are checked again.
Final Phase:
Document is checked entirely as per client’s requirements, formatting and quality of deliverable is checked again.
Charges
For us, client convenience is important to develop relations. Aadvik has a flexible and varied pricing model based on the requirements of the clients. We calculate charges on:
